how is 4G implemented

until now we know that we get more data rate in 4G but how we can we can get by using a special type of communication ie MIMO multiple input and multiple output , we make some changes in base stations and we can implement MIMO its the most efficient way to transfer the data when we need more data rate

sooo..... MIMO is invention made after few inventions it not new soo wat are the old inventions we got which gave rise to a revolution way of communication
